Stark Business Solutions
A case study in Public Relations
The Challenge: Stark Business Solutions was a
start-up company with an unfamiliar service to the business public:
virtual offices. SBS wanted to convey that utilizing office and
conference room in SBS’ downtown White Plains office building
would communicate a polished, professional image for entrepreneurs
who historically held meetings at cafés, diners or in their
home offices.
The Solution: Co-Communications clearly communicated
to the target audiences of home-based and new businesses the benefits
of working from a virtual office, such as a professional image and
readily available business-to-business services. We focused on what
set SBS apart from the other remote office space providers: the
concept of a “small business incubator.” This concept
allows SBS’ clients or “members” the opportunity
to build their business from within by promoting their services
to other members of the SBS network. Many of the members use one
another’s services. The space itself was another huge selling
point. SBS rents only Class-A office and conference space in prime
locations. Co-Communications promoted the combination of quality
space and creative service that makes the SBS idea unique and the
great press coverage followed.
